All Homes Together staff receive rigorous mandatory training as well as instruction around the clinical matters necessary to do their job effectively. We feel it is vital that staff have a knowledge of visual impairment and challenging behaviour to a reasonably advanced level. Our team has common training so that the care and guidance offered by all staff members is of a high standard across the board. It is also important that all staff are able to contribute to the individual support plans and ongoing progress of the service users, especially those who are key workers (named individuals who are tasked with ensuring the social and developmental needs of service users are.
